Pickled Radishes
Ingredients
  • 4 cups radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the radishes, vinegar, sugar and salt.
  2. Mix until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
  3. Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate for at least two hours.
