Pickled Radish
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups radishes, thinly sliced

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the vinegar, sugar and salt over medium-high heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the radishes and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and let cool.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
