- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups radishes, thinly sliced
- In a medium saucepan, heat the vinegar, sugar and salt over medium-high heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the radishes and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let cool.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
