Pickled Onions
Ingredients
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Peel and slice the onion into thin rings.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the onions to the mixture and stir to coat.
  4. Cover the bowl and allow to sit for at least 2 hours before serving.
