Ingredients
  • 1 large daikon radish
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Cut the carrots and daikon into thin slices.
  2. Combine the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a pot and heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Place the vegetables in a jar and pour the hot liquid over them. Let cool before serving.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month.
