- 1 lb. cooked shrimp
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons diced red onion
- In a large bowl, combine cooked shrimp, pesto, mayonnaise, lemon juice and herbs.
- Mix together until ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Add red onion and mix again.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
