- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic powder, cumin powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
