- 1 pound penne pasta
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cook the penne according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the vodka and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add the cream, tomato sauce, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to combine.
