Penne alla Vodka
Ingredients
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Cook the penne according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the vodka and simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the cream, tomato sauce, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to combine.
  6. Serve hot.
