Penne Pasta
Ingredients
  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps
  1. Cook the penne according to package instructions.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Toss with cooked penne pasta.
  7. Serve hot.
