- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
- In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil and ginger root.
- Whisk until completely combined.
- Serve over cooked noodles or as a dipping sauce for vegetables.
