Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Pour the cream mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  4. When the ice cream is almost done churning, add in the peanut butter mixture and let it swirl through.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
