- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 3 cups popped popcorn
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in peanut butter, brown sugar and corn syrup until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine popcorn and peanut butter mixture; mix until evenly coated.
- Press into an ungreased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
