Peanut Butter Oat…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Stir in the oats.
  6. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
