- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large banana, mashed
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together oats, honey, peanut butter and coconut oil until combined.
- Add in mashed banana and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Press mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
