Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large banana, mashed

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together oats, honey, peanut butter and coconut oil until combined.
  3. Add in mashed banana and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  4. Press mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
