Peach Crisp
Ingredients
  • 4-5 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup cold butter, cubed

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Grease an 8 inch square baking dish.
  3. Arrange peaches in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle over peaches.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
