- 1 lb. pasta of your choice
- 2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables of your choice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Cook until just tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine.
- Serve warm.
