Pasta Primavera
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables of your choice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
  3. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Cook until just tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine.
  7. Serve warm.
