Parmesan Roasted …
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Turn potatoes over and bake an additional 25 minutes or until golden brown.
