Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugar, and oil.
  2. Add the lukewarm water and knead until you have a soft dough.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
  5. Shape each part into a ball and roll it out on a lightly floured surface to form a round flatbread.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each paratha for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite condiments or accompaniments.
