- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3-4 slices of tomato
- Heat a panini press to medium-high heat.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Drizzle olive oil on the other side of each slice of bread, then place them together, mayonnaise sides facing out.
- Place the sandwich on the preheated panini press and close.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from press and cut in half before serving.
