- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup and water.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
