- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey and dried cranberries.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
