Overnight Oats
Ingredients
  • Rolled oats
  • Milk or plant-based milk
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: fruit, nuts, seeds, spices

  1. Mix oats and liquid of choice in a bowl or jar.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup and any desired toppings.
