- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ banana, sliced
- Combine oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, honey and almond milk in a bowl.
