- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 slices of bread, cubed
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, maple syrup and cinnamon. Pour into prepared baking dish.
- Arrange bread cubes in the baking dish and pour egg mixture over top. Pour melted butter mixture over all and press down lightly with a spatula.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered for 35 minutes in preheated oven or until golden brown.
