Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 slices of bread, cubed
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, maple syrup and cinnamon. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  3. Arrange bread cubes in the baking dish and pour egg mixture over top. Pour melted butter mixture over all and press down lightly with a spatula.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes in preheated oven or until golden brown.
