Overnight Cinnamo…
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and melted butter.
  2. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the mixture. Stir until combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning, preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  5. Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place in the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven. Serve warm.
