Ingredients
  • 1 loaf French bread, cubed
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Steps
  1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the cubed bread in the dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Pour egg mixture over the bread cubes and stir to coat.
  4. Sprinkle blueberries over the top of the casserole.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until golden brown and set. Serve warm.
