Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle rosemary over potatoes and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
