- 2-3 lb. pork loin
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Rub pork loin with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper over the pork loin.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve.
