Oven Baked Salmon…
Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place salmon fillets in a lightly greased baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and dill. Serve over the cooked salmon.
