- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place salmon fillets in a lightly greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and dill. Serve over the cooked salmon.
