Oven Baked Potato…
Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, then add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread wedges onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve hot.
