- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Add the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder and ginger. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
