- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- In a medium bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil and garlic powder.
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour marinade over the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
