- 3 eggs
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour eggs into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When the eggs are almost set, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the omelette in half and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
