Omelette
Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Steps
  1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  2. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour eggs into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. When the eggs are almost set, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Fold the omelette in half and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
