- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together honey, oil and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, cinnamon and salt. Stir dry ingredients into the honey mixture.
- Fold in raisins. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.
- Cut into bars while still warm. Cool before serving.
