Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together honey, oil and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, cinnamon and salt. Stir dry ingredients into the honey mixture.
  4. Fold in raisins. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.
  6. Cut into bars while still warm. Cool before serving.
