Oatmeal Pecan Pie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, butter and eggs. Add vanilla and salt; mix well.
  3. Stir in oats and pecans. Pour into prepared pie plate.
  4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool before serving.
