- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, butter and eggs. Add vanilla and salt; mix well.
- Stir in oats and pecans. Pour into prepared pie plate.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
