- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, walnuts and salt.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, warm honey and oil until just melted.
- Pour the honey mixture into the oat mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
