No-Knead Sourdoug…
Ingredients
  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water

Steps
  1. Combine the starter, flour and salt in a large bowl. Add the water and mix until everything is combined.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a loaf. Place it into the greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 400°F and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
