- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed and pureed
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon.
- Press into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in the condensed milk and lemon juice and mix until combined.
- Stir in the pureed strawberries.
- Pour over the crust.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
