- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 1 (3.9-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- In a medium bowl, beat together peanut butter and confectioners' sugar until blended. Beat in salt and heavy cream until smooth.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add pudding mix and beat until blended.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Top with remaining peanut butter mixture.
- Spread pudding mixture over the top.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
