- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (16 ounces) Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in cookie crumbs and butter.
- Press onto the bottom of a greased 9-in. springform pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
