- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 (3.9 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Combine the milk and pudding mix in a separate bowl and whisk for 2 minutes.
- Mix together the cream cheese mixture and the pudding mixture until smooth.
- Pour into a 9 inch pie plate.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
