No-Bake Chocolate…
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 (3.9 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  3. Combine the milk and pudding mix in a separate bowl and whisk for 2 minutes.
  4. Mix together the cream cheese mixture and the pudding mixture until smooth.
  5. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
