No-Bake Chocolate…
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Steps
  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add cocoa and sugar; stir until blended. Cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually add cooled cocoa mixture; beat until blended.
  3. Fold in whipped topping. Spread into an 8-in. springform pan.
  4. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
