- 2 (8oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons caramel topping
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and continue to mix until smooth.
- Add the melted butter and caramel topping and mix until combined.
- Pour mixture into a 9 inch springform pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
